Currently, Certified PMI Project Manager, Chartered Engineer of the UK Engineering Council, DNV Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) Specialist, NSE Corporate Engineer, Mc Kinsey's Forward Alumni, and Member, the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET).

Co-founded 2 start-ups on engineering consultancy and delivery of PaaS solutions. Previously served as community lead and mentor for Google communities. Currently, an executive in an offshore energy/construction company which provide solutions on complex offshore projects. Continue to provide instrumental strategies (including leading the project management office) in an advisory board member capacity for Pan Allen Energy, after serving as an advisory member for Kiru Energy LLC. An advisory council member of Carina Global Realty focused on building and developing smart cities across the Africa and beyond. The convener of Fabian I. Umeh Scholarships geared towards educating up 10 million less priviledged young people from Africa by 2050. Founder of the "The Moving Bible" - a faith-based non-profitable organization.

With over 13 years experience, being involved in over 7 complex projects and managing other portfolios across 10 countries in 3 continents between 2019 till date. Author of over 7 high profile papers and sat on various executive review committees including for Society of Professional Data Managers (in 2023) and Society of Petroleum Engineers International (2020 - 2023). Fully committed to contribute to the society in ensuring that energy security, sustainability, societal development including harnessing the human capital of the young populace and leverage on technology where innovations in the accelerated AI era would be maximized.

Educated in Nigeria and France with a Bachelors and 3 masters degrees that cuts across Engineering, Energy Economics and Business Management. Possess bachelors degree in Engineering from Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO). Currently, an executive MBA student at Quantic School of Business and Technology, United States. Scholarships for academic excellence obtained previously from Shell, Society of Petroleum Engineers and Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF). Acting Project manager for team award of the 2022 BW Offshore Global Award for Excellence for timely project delivery of SEE Mooring Chains Replacement and condition assessment project.
